With a PhD from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in International Trade and Development from the University of Adelaide, Dr. Noro has a robust academic foundation.
His career highlights include directing policy initiatives at the Papua New Guinea Science and Technology Council, collaborating with renowned institutions like the Australian Museum, UNDP, OECD Government Foresight Community, and APEC. His expertise extends to drug discovery research at esteemed universities like the University of Utah and the University of British Columbia.
